Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator's role is to help build and grow student enrollment through developing and providing prospective student and referral sources with appropriate information and assistance in choosing our education Center. In addition to excellent written/verbal communication, problem solving and decision-making abilities, the Marketing Coordinator must have the ability to work well with a team to grow the business and enhance student engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting people with services, display a versatile, think-outside-the-box style, and have the drive to follow through program initiatives.
Job Description:
- Public Relations: Responsible for collecting and responding to student inquiries, whether in person or by telephone, and converting them into enrolled students as possible.
- Identify: community partners and develop working relationships with the area/region. Represent Prosperity Training Center to the larger community, which may include delivering speeches and creating/ performing presentations about Prosperity Training Center educational services to various community organizations.
- Marketing: Communicate with various organizations, business, clubs, schools, and other entities for the purpose of educating and building awareness of Prosperity Training Center educational services. Responsible for directing the marketing efforts, including chairing the internal marketing meetings. Maintain and grow relationships within the community.
- Customer Service: Assist students in understanding policies and procedures of enrolling, and code of conduct.
- Development: Act as liaison between the facility and other outside organization to encourage and increase enrollment to the school Obtain new partnerships and other business opportunities for continued revenue for Prosperity Training Center.
Skills/ Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, public relations, business preferred not required.
- Ability to work late evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in marketing, business development, content creation strongly desired.
