About the Position:
As the Marketing Coordinator at PlanOmatic, you'll own our conference lifecycle, support our social media efforts, provide internal marketing support, handle marketing purchases (internal and client swag, business cards, onboarding materials, etc). You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful conferences, social campaigns, and more. You'll also serve as a brand advocate, supporting and promoting the PlanOmatic brand across the industry.
This is a part time position, ranging from 15-30 hours/week (avg of 20/week). The 30 hour max would typically be during the week leading up to and week of each conference for the company.
This role is hybrid, with the expectation to be in-office 1-2 times per week at our HQ in RiNo.

What this role entails & what we are looking for:
About you -
- Your Qualifications - You have 1-2 years of experience in the marketing or event planning world, whether that is in the form of a Bachelor's degree or professional experience supporting a marketing, events, or brand team. Experience managing a brand's social media is a plus. Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus.
- Ability to Travel - This position may involve travel, both within the state of Colorado and nationwide for occasional conferences. Ability to travel, with appropriate notice, is required.
- Reliable Transportation - In this role, you'll need a reliable mode of transportation for coordination purposes such as travel to and from an event, picking up and dropping off printed materials, dropping off shipments, etc.

- Conference Lifecycle Coordination - As a trusted vendor in our industry, conferences play a big role in our business strategy. You will own our conference lifecycle:
- Pre-event correspondence
- Ongoing conference logistics
- Internal readiness
- Conference project management
- Conference purchasing
- Conference shipping & final logistics
- Conference wrap up, feedback, and project close
- Relationship Building & Cross-functional Collaboration - This role will require strong partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. You'll often be coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and smooth conference coordination. You have experience building relationships and maintaining strong communication while collaborating with many people on various projects.
- Project Management - You will be developing and maintaining project plans and timelines in ClickUp, our project management software. You'll be managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, keeping on track with budgets and deadlines, so the ability to stay on track with competing priorities is huge. Overall, you should have excellent project management skills - staying organized, detail oriented, and knowing how to keep a project on track.
- Social Media Support - You'll partner with the Senior Marketing Manager on social media strategy and cadence. You will be responsible for creating content for social and scheduling posts as needed. You will also manage the department content calendar, ensuring the appropriate level of visibility and communication to internal stakeholders.
- Internal Marketing Support - You'll support our internal team's various Marketing support requests, such as internal decks and copy support.
- Marketing Purchases - Whether it is onboarding swag for a new hire, new business cards for the team, or PlanOmatic swag for our clients and internal staff - you'll own the marketing purchases.
- CRM Support - You'll be responsible for executing on ad-hoc support in HubSpot, our CRM, in support of the Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams.
- Client Centricity - You're an advocate for the client. You'll capture feedback, observe, and understand how our industry can leverage PlanOmatic. You have strong consumer empathy and can shape and iterate on initiatives to incorporate the client's perspective.

- Innovation & Workflow Automation - The concept of making processes more streamlined is something you're used to. If you see that something can improve, you advocate for it.
- Metric Centric Focus & Reporting - You'll maintain a focus on tracking metric performance and KPIs that relate to your role. You'll report on project status, organic social performance, and the success of various conferences.

Interview Process
- 30-minute call with Head of People
- 1-hour interview with Senior Marketing Manager and Head of People
- 45-minute Marketing Team M&G with Senior Marketing Manager and CEO
Compensation
This is an hourly role, with the range falling between $26.50 - $29 / hour. Final offer amounts are commensurate with prior experience, leveling, your specific skill set and may vary from the amount above.
