Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and managing digital assets across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and WordPress, and have experience in crafting visual content and maintaining websites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
* Design graphics, promotional materials, and digital assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools within the Creative Suite.
* Update and maintain the company website via WordPress, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and aligned with the brand's goals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various digital and print materials.
* Help manage social media channels by creating engaging visual content and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
* Assist with SEO optimization for the website and monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
* Support website coding and design tasks using Dreamweaver, ensuring site functionality and responsive design.
* Ensure marketing materials and communications are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
* Assist in tracking the effectiveness of marketing efforts and campaigns, providing reports and insights to the team.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
* Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Dreamweaver, and WordPress.
* Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and content management systems.
* Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio showcasing creative work (digital and print).
* Ability to manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
* A keen eye for design, typography, and branding, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS, SEO, and web analytics is a plus.
* Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads.
* Understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
