Marketing Coordinator / HPM - Hoar Construction

About the Job
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing concepts, creating and delivering marketing materials, promoting the company and supporting specific marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing and business development functions of the company by promoting the company's brand and helping to drive sales. In this role, you may be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities:
+ Strategize, design, compile data, write, edit, and adhere to specific proposal instructions for formal responses to RFPs/RFQs
+ Consult with business development and client teams to create cohesive designs, responses, presentations, and strategies that reflect HPM's cohesive corporate culture and goals
+ Actively communicate with project teams to obtain progress details, value stories, coordinate progress photos and other valuable material in support of the branding initiative.
+ Manage marketing library, staff resume updates, photography, statistics, graphics and video content
+ Assist in the creation, editing, optimization and delivery of marketing materials
+ Maintain records and files on clients, potential clients, projects, and partners, ensure division CRM system reporting is accurate and up to date
+ Assist in the management of the region’s marketing communications efforts including sales collateral, advertising, social media, thought leadership and public relations
+ Provide support for corporate and regional sales and marketing
+ Produce award submittals
+ Assist with meeting planning, trade show coordination, client and special events
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
+ 2-5 years of related experience preferably within the A/E/C industry
+ Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), Adobe AcrobatPro, DelTek, Illustrator, Photoshop, Web Authoring, Video editing software, MS Office
+ Ability to use social media effectively
+ Valid Driver's License
