About the Role: Marketing BI and CX Analyst

As a Marketing BI and CX Analyst on the Business Intelligence team at LaserAway, you will play a crucial role in helping us optimize our customer acquisition, retention, and experience channels and make data-driven decisions. This role reports to the Director, of Business Intelligence and while you will support Marketing and CX, you will partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Finance to drive acquisition and customer value growth for the business.

Compensation:

Enjoy a competitive compensation of $120,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unlock Insights: Analyze detailed marketing campaigns, customer data, and business growth drivers to uncover actionable insights.
• Drive Impact: Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as CPLs, ROAS, LTV, NPS, and more.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to address data needs, translate insights into action, and support strategic goals.
• Optimize Data Tools: Build and automate self-service dashboards in DOMO to empower decision-making across the organization.
• Ensure Data Quality: Implement best practices in data governance to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, marketing analytics, information systems, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in retail or healthcare.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in DOMO, SQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, index matches, etc.).
• Analytical Thinker: Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with practical experience in data analysis.
• Strong Communicator: Strong oral and written communication skills to work effectively across all levels of the company.
• Bonus Points: Practical experience in mathematics, programming, statistics, finance, or economics and physically located near New York City (or work on East Coast hours).
