As the Marketing Assistant at StoneGate Senior Living in Lewisville, TX, you will provide administrative support to the SVP of Strategic Relationships and Managed Care along with the Sales and Marketing team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant
- 1 year of social media management.
- Ability to perform the Essential Duties as outlined below, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Self-starter with project management, problem-solving skills, excellent multitasking abilities with attention to detail and strong follow-through to meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively prioritize
- Ability to work under general direction on multiple tasks with demanding and competing timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of technical proficiency and computer literacy with excellent command of technology and software particularly Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (spreadsheets), Word (word processing), Outlook (scheduling), and PowerPoint (presentations); DocuSign is a plus, but not required.
- Advanced knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Onboarding New Admission Coordinators: onboard new Admission Coordinators by providing training on company policies, procedures, and marketing strategies. Ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their roles effectively.
- Join scheduled census calls to discuss and analyze current admission statistics. Provide insights and support in developing strategies to meet or exceed admission targets.
- Supporting Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing admissions. This includes creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and organizing events.
- Audit Admission Paperwork: review and verify that all admission paperwork is complete, signed by the appropriate parties, and uploaded properly, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Verifying admissions and configuring bonuses: conduct monthly audits of admissions to confirm accuracy. Based on verified admission data, calculate bonuses for eligible staff members.
- Manage social media content creation: Manage and update all company social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Manage Marketing Reports
- Maintain agendas and assist in planning internal meetings, external engagements, conferences, etc.
- Provide support for departmental: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records to support the marketing and admissions teams.
