About Our Practice:
Body Moksha Physical Therapy was founded in 2016 to Help Active Adults In Their 40s, 50s and 60s To Move Better, Stay Active And Keep Doing The Things They Love Well Into Their 70s and 80s. It was born out of the frustration of dealing with high volume and low relationship based healthcare. We strive to be a world class physical therapy clinic where patients are guaranteed individualized attention, customized exercise programming, and hands on treatment that helps them get back to and continue doing the activities they love. Currently we offer individualized one-on-one Physical Therapy and Strength Training to active adults as well as building our women's health program to help pelvic floor patients as well.
We are not your typical physical therapy practice. We are a fun and welcoming team who nurtures everyone who enters our world as a part of our 'family'. We're the 'Cheers Bar' of physical therapy where 'everybody knows your name'. We strive to provide world class customer service and build true long lasting relationships with our our clients as well as their friends and families.

What we're looking for:
- A part-time or full-time marketing assistant to join our growing, hard-working and family-like team.
- You are excited about the main roles in this position: increasing predictable lead generation, maintaining lead conversion costs low, refining marketing campaigns, and maintaining client relationships.
- You can create and execute a marketing calendar in a way that maximizes efficiency and revenue for the clinic.
- You are able to successfully run in-person, online, offline, print, and joint venture marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- You know what it takes to track marketing campaigns and quickly identify what needs to be modified to maximize value and budget.
- You are able to coordinate the creation and use of media content for social media and campaigns.
- You have to ability to create and implement email marketing campaigns via our Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- You enjoy being around people and can hold meaningful conversations with people or companies you may not know for longer than 20 minutes.
- You know what it means to provide a welcoming, world-class experience for clients.
- You have excellent organization and planning skills - you know how to manage schedules and re-prioritize your time so that you can focus on key priorities - without the need for micro-management.
- You follow through on commitments. You live up to verbal and written agreements without constant reminders.
- You have the ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
- You're able to calmly and constructively navigate through situations involving conflict.
- You're pro-active and resourceful. You bring new ideas to the company, do things without being told, and can quickly shift and course-correct when things don't go according to plan - in a positive manner and without focusing on the negative.

- Someone who can work a flexible work schedule - but primarily afternoon and evening shifts until 7:30pm, as well as occasional Saturdays from 7am - 12pm.
