Summary:
The Marketing Assistant position is designed to be an entry level role leading into the Marketing Coordinator position. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for the financial industry and are interested in learning and growing with us. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced staff, take on new projects and learn a variety of systems. This important and distinct role within the Marketing team requires supporting and providing quality assurance and procedural support to various members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible, and able to work independently and reliably on multiple projects within strict time frames. A demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize projects and work within a team environment is a must.
Company's proprietary marketing solutions span multiple mediums and channels, supporting the needs of our independent financial advisor partners. The Marketing Assistant will help coordinate various tasks essential to supporting advisors with their marketing needs. Regular duties include tracking, routing and processing templated marketing material, coordinating the monthly winners circle communication, interacting with third party administrators, communicating with advisors in the field, and providing support to the Marketing Coordinators.
This position reports directly to the AVP, Marketing, providing additional support to the FVP of Marketing, the marketing team, internal clients, and select advisors working in the field.
