This executive role is focused on recruiting top-tier brokers, growing market share through both net new initiatives and organic expansion, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance office culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals.
- Broker Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard top talent to strengthen the team.
- Team Management: Inspire and empower brokers to deliver exceptional results, providing coaching and support as needed.
- Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners to drive deal flow and investment opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in commercial real estate, with a proven track record in leadership, business development, and recruiting.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies while managing operational details.
- People-Centric Leadership: Strong focus on cultivating a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Phoenix CRE market, with existing relationships that can be leveraged for success.
- Results-Oriented: A history of meeting or exceeding financial and operational targets.
