Job Title: Marble/Quartz - Inside/Outside Sales Representative
Salary range: 60k to 70k per year ($15k bonus which can be achieved on a monthly or annual basis)
Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: Manhattan, NY 10016
Territory: Manhattan, Bronx, Yonkers, Rockland & Northern Suburbs

Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets in your territory.
- Create and maintain good relationships with prescription customers.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the needs of relevant prescription customers.
- Find ways to ensure effective sales operations.
- Analyze data to find the most effective sales methods.
- Evaluate sales performance against key performance indicators.
- Monitor competition within assigned regions.
- Ensure the growth and positioning of the company in your territory.
- Have extensive knowledge of all products and services offered by the company and promote them according to the company';s strategy.
- Train and inform customers on the use of the company';s products, as well as on new products and services provided by the company.
- Promote the company';s image to prescription customers.
- Participate in promotional or industry events to cultivate customer relationships.
- Conduct market research, identifying opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Ensure that all activity is reported in the company';s systems.
- Coordinate with the assigned territory team (Telemarketing, Sales Service, and warehouse personnel).
- Occasionally perform activities, directly or indirectly related to their specific responsibilities, that are necessary for the fulfillment of their objectives or those of the company, or that are entrusted by their immediate superior.
- Proactively collaborate in the application of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental systems, as well as in the application of the company';s financial, commercial, production, and human resources policies in his/her area of responsibility in collaboration with the other areas.
- Comply with and promote the company';s Values and Strategy.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate should have a strong background and can come from Lighting, Design, architecture, Interior design, Flooring, Sectors, or general construction.
Proven experience in inside/outside sales, preferably in the marble, quartz, or related construction materials industry
Strong understanding of marble and quartz products, applications, and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management and organizational skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Valid driver';s license and reliable transportation
Bachelor';s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Product Knowledge. Knowledge of the kind of products, qualities, materials, and construction types the company works with. Continuous acquisition of technical and professional knowledge, as well as the ability to use it and transmit it for the correct development of the job.
