*MARTECH SENIOR ANALYST *
*Hybrid schedule: Los Angeles, CA., NYC, NY., San Francisco, CA., Charlotte, NC., Newark, DE. *
*Can consider fully remote applicants in California but not within commutable distance to CNB hub office*
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Manage CNB's digital optimization program (A/B testing and personalization), including partnering with Marketing and Digital teams to develop, execute and iterate customer experiences across CNB's owned websites.
*Digital Optimization*
* Lead program strategy to accomplish business goals including 1) increasing visitor engagement, conversion and retention and 2) driving operational efficiencies and cost savings.
* Support digital marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimizations.
* Maintain the optimization backlog and prioritization process.
* Create A/B tests and personalization activities in Adobe Target, including using advanced capabilities (e.g. Recommendations, Auto-Personalization).
* Leverage experience fragments from AEM, audience segments from Adobe RTCDP and reporting integration with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
* Maintain all program documentation, including activity plans, activity reporting and analysis, activity result slides, program-level reporting and dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
* Daily monitoring of live activities and data quality.
* Innovate and evolve activity design to ensure full utilization of all capabilities and the latest new features.
* Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript.
What you will do
* Execute the MarTech roadmap.
* Evangelize, train, and embed the understanding of the MarTech tools into the marketing teams.
* Manage day to day operations of at least 3 MarTech solutions
* Support and manage MarTech solutions integrations and cross-funcational use cases
* Manage SLAs for all MarTech solutions and insure compliance
* Maintain best in class documentation (user guides, results decks, scorecards, etc.) for at least 3 martech solutions
* Support vendor implementations and delivery of MarTech solutions
* Provide data analysis, insights and storytelling to support both marketing and martech initiatives.
* Collaborate with marketing partners to determine marketing strategy. KPIs, campaign execution tactics, and measurement.
* All other appropriate duties as required.
*Must-Have
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of experience with at least three martech solutions
* Minimum 3 years of experience with web and/or data analytics
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing and marketing technology
*Skills and Knowledge*
* Experience with the Adobe Experience Platform (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Ad Cloud, and/or Adobe RTCDP+CJA+JO)
*Compensation*
Starting base salary: $92,114 - $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
