Position Description:
Ceribell is currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. The Manufacturing Technician, reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Director, is a member of the production team and is responsible for material kitting, performing the assembly, inspection and testing of electro-mechanical subassemblies. This position also operates simple test equipment, and collects data during product testing. The Manufacturing Technician assists in the continuous improvement of manufacturing and quality processes, assembly instructions, and all necessary manufacturing documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and reprioritize duties throughout the day.
- Sufficient communication skills with the ability to interact mainly with internal personnel.
- Manage and maintain company assets required to perform all necessary job functions.
- Support manufacturing in production issues including documentation, assembly/test issues component evaluation and any subassembly performance issues.
- Support warehouse with material kitting for assembly build.
- Assembles and tests electro-mechanical subassemblies.
- Completes Device History Record documentation.
- Records, obtains engineering opinion and resolves observed non-conformances.
- Maintains clean production workspaces while following good manufacturing practices.
- Follows all safety and quality system requirements.
- Provides feedback for continuous improvement in the production environment.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance that includes calibrations, hardware or software upgrades and verification of system specifications.
- Suggests improvements for manufacturing assembly instructions, test procedures and travelers
Requirements/Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of electromechanical repair or assembly Technician experience in the Medical Equipment or Device Industry.
- Knowledge of ISO and GMP regulations and requirements is a plus.
- Experience with electronics and electrical test equipment is a plus.
- Organized and diligent with completing documentation.
- Sufficient written and oral communication skills.
- Sufficient computer and technology skills with regards to software applications, (Excel, Word) ERP databases, and technology innovation.
- Excellent team-work skills and ability to work well with a multicultural workforce. ∙ Team player, creative problem solver, and sufficient communicator.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.
