We are seeking a skilled individual to join our manufacturing engineering team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with local engineering teams as well as multiple site plant managers to execute and ensure efficient productions methods and processes for complex projects and product lines.
- Develop or make recommendations for manufacturing process improvements, including cost reductions and efficiencies, by utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, and parts, production equipment capabilities and quality control methods.
- Develop cost quotations that ensure products meet reliability and performance requirements at the lowest total cost.
- Assist in the project management for the development of new automation.
Job Requirements:
- Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering degree.
- 1+ years previous work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Experience working with high speed automation machinery a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and communication skills.
