Manufacturing Machine Operator - 5th HQ

Position: Manufacturing Machine Operator
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Location: Davie, FL

Schedule:

• Initial Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• New Schedule Starting February 3rd, 2025: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 5:45 AM

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet industry and company standards.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with safety and quality standards.
• Complete and maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

Requirements:

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or a regulated industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift/move materials as required.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and FDA regulations is a plus.
• Availability to work both the initial weekend day schedule and the updated night shift schedule starting February 3rd.
