Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies, process mapping, and lean reviews to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Create, revise, and manage manufacturing documentation, including setup sheets, programs, and standard work instructions.
- Collaborate with engineering, programming, operators, and quality teams during New Product Introduction (NPI) and process improvements.
- Implement lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance product quality.
- Audit documentation, machine programs, and time standards to ensure process accuracy and repeatability.
- Manage program distribution and shop floor documentation in line with company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in CAM software, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2009).
- Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; team-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven record of taking ownership and delivering results.
