Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial) or equivalent experience in electro-mechanical production.
• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with expertise in process improvement through automation, tooling and fixtures, instrumentation, design-for-assembly, or design-for-manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks), ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, quality assurance (Six Sigma, ISO), and statistical process control (SPC).
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to meet production requirements and manage product lifecycles.
• Develop and enhance tooling, fixtures, and equipment for production, while maintaining design documentation and ERP data.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices, troubleshoot production issues, and provide training for new processes and tools.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
