Manufacturing Engineer - Advance Employment

Company in Bristol, IN is seeking a proactive individual to oversee the continuous enhancement and upkeep of our manufacturing processes and systems. This pivotal role entails close collaboration with both our engineering and production teams.  This is a first shift position with negotiable hours and payrate up to $30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming CNC machinery to optimize production efficiency.
• Managing wire harness programming for streamlined operations.
• Spearheading initiatives for ongoing improvement in manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Contributing to the development of innovative product designs.
• Oversight of change management and revision processes.
• Assisting in the prototyping and rigorous testing of new products.
• Researching and evaluating components for product assemblies.

Education and Experience:

• Preference for an Associate degree in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in manufacturing is essential.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in CNC programming, specifically with Woodwop7 or similar platforms.
• Competence in CAD software, with experience in AutoCAD 2013 or newer versions.
