Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Plano, TX = St. Paul, MN = Irvine, CA
Duration: 12 Months (1 Year)
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM Job Description:

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, evaluating production equipment, and implementing process improvements. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, and contributing to product development and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate production equipment and provide production support.
• Validate and troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Write protocols and generate reports as required.
• Develop and modify manufacturing process documentation.
• Lead and implement process improvements.
• Analyze and resolve complex engineering problems.
• Complete documentation in compliance with business standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • 2 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Prior experience in medical device manufacturing engineering is preferred.
  • Familiarity with design, statistical analysis, and process validations.
  • Leadership experience in team settings is highly desirable.

• Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in writing protocols and reports.
  • Knowledge of software validation and equipment commissioning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science Engineering, or a related engineering/scientific field.
