About the Controller role:

• Oversight and review of all financial statements: month-end, quarter-end and year-end
• Monitoring manufacturing costs and implementing cost control measures
• Responsible for coordinating the budgeting & forecasting process, making changes as necessary
• Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures
• Oversight of the finance and accounting department: 2 reports in total
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications of the Controller

• BS Accounting/Finance. CPA/CMA is a plus
• Manufacturing experience is required
• Strong cost accounting background is highly preferred
