About the Job
The Manager of Medicare Marketing and Sales will oversee the development and execution of
Partnership’s Medicare D-SNP marketing and sales strategy focused on driving smart and
measurable growth. The Marketing manager will lead a team that collaborates with Partnership
leadership to understand the unique opportunities within each market and deliver on sales and
retention goals.
▪ Leads the development and execution of Partnership’s D-SNP marketing and sales
strategy to deliver on new member enrollment and member retention targets.
▪ Develops and executes strategic sales plan aligning with Partnership objectives.
▪ Attends community events (i.e. member-facing health fairs) to promote enrollment in
Partnership’s D-SNP product.
▪ Monitors and identifies changes in the marketing environment and competitive strategies.
Evaluates and adjusts marketing strategy (positioning, competitive messaging, etc.) as
required. Proactively identifies new ideas and opportunities to grow Partnership’s D-SNP
enrollment.
▪ Gathers member feedback and identifies opportunities to align Partnership’s D-SNP
product with member needs and expectations - addressing issues and challenges that may
affect sales targets.
▪ Oversees the production of marketing and sales digital and print creative, including
engagement with internal departments and external vendors.
▪ Ensures all required member material meets regulatory requirements and works closely
with Compliance to meet CMS submission deadlines.
▪ Manages the team’s execution of marketing plans and closely monitors
outcomes/metrics. Implements effective tracking mechanisms for tracking daily, weekly,
monthly, and yearly activities and productivity.
▪ Regularly provides and presents updates to key internal and external stakeholders
regarding marketing initiatives and impact.
▪ Establishes broker oversight, including training the marketing and sales team to ensure
product expertise and compliance with sales regulations.
▪ Establishes rapid disenrollment monitoring, marketing and sales grievance investigations,
and call monitoring.
▪ Initiates and executes on opportunities for sales presentations, community events, and other
resident activities within assigned communities to support individual and team enrollment
goals. Collaborates with clinical teammates to optimize results
▪ Maintains professional knowledge of Medicare and Medi-Cal benefits by successfully
completing all required training and certifications and by attending educational workshops.
▪ Follows all state and federal regulatory guidelines by adhering to sales and marketing
requirements established by CMS, MIPPA, DHCS, and other policies and procedures
implemented by the Compliance Department.
▪ Participates on assigned committees
▪ Provides on-going coaching, mentoring, and development of employees, fostering an
atmosphere of teamwork. Establish individual team member goals and assist in the
achievement of those goals.
▪ Manages and updates internal Marketing and Sales policies.
▪ Other duties as assigned.

HIRING RANGE:
$118,518.94 - $154,074.63
