SAP Security Analyst at MMD Services

Our client is a worldwide manufacturing company, one of the largest and best-known producers in their industry. With a Global team of over 20,000 and annual revenue of over 10B, they are looking to bring a new SAP Security Analyst aboard as soon as possible. This resource will report directly to the SAP Security Manager. 

As the SAP Security Analyst, you will be responsible for providing security support which includes the creation and maintenance of user roles and profiles paired with monitoring security alerts and preparing roles. You can expect to provide cross functional support across multiple NA divisions and for compliance amongst SAP security as it relates to corporate security policies, SOX, and audits for essential functions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee day to day security tasks (user maintenance, role creation, role changes, authorizations, reviewing and assigning sensitive transactions, developing Test Scripts for Integration testing of Roles and Profile).
• Performing unit testing.
• Responsible for SAP security experience in SAP ECC6, and other SAP systems (including BW/BI, MII, SAP Portals, TMS, and APO Security Authorizations).
• Heavily involved in administration, configuration, development, implementation of projects and support.
• Exposure to using FI/CO, MM, SD, QM, PP, PS and PM modules.
• Create Firefighter/Emergency Access IDs and Roles.
• Experience in all phases of project life cycles.
• Responsible for SOX Auditing SAP Systems
• Implement security and SOD controls across multiple SAP applications.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to design, implement and configure Risk Analysis and Remediation, GRC Compliant USer Provisioning and Superuser privilege management. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• BS (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Security and SAP systems.
• Experience in GRC or ERP Maestro or related compliance softwares (preferred).
• Preferred experience on CATT/eCATT Scripts 
• Working with Profile Generator for profile set up, authorizations, and assignments. 
• Exposure to working with auditors and controllers for SOD checks and SOX auditing.
• IT Experience in a global operations environment is a huge plus! 
• ITIL experience is a huge plus!
