Position Description:
As a Sales Representative at our firm, you'll embody an entrepreneurial approach, expertly guiding first-time fund managers through the sales journey with our financial software solutions. We are seeking an experienced Manager of Demand Generation that is highly skilled in building automated demand generation infrastructures and brand enrichment to help us take our growth to the next level. This individual will be tasked with establishing marketing best practices, architecting our demand generation engine, selecting and managing 3rd-party marketing partners, and building a world-class team over time.

Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and assist in creating the vision for Demand Generation by designing and implementing a comprehensive approach that aligns to company goals and go-to-market strategy including ROI measures
- Build the demand generation engine from the bottom-up to help drive a sufficient pipeline
- Own, execute, and measure multi-channel demand generation programs using digital strategy across websites, social channels, digital advertising platforms, email nurture programs, SEO, etc. to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and inbound revenue.
- Work directly with and manage third-party vendors while working with internal team members to create content, develop creative assets, set priorities and objectives, and adjust strategies to optimize return.
- Define and implement a social media marketing strategy that includes platform prioritization, cadence, content strategy, and managing influencers.
- Ensure websites, Content Management System, HubSpot, and other systems are up-to-date and optimized to drive marketing results.
- Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital strategy; use a data-driven approach to decision-making to ensure effectiveness.
- Closely partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment and work closely with Marketing to continually refine qualification criteria and sales handoff enablement
- Create sustainable, efficient, and measurable prospect-to-customer journeys alongside the Product Marketing and Customer Success leadership teams.
Goal:
This role is tasked with driving revenue growth by supporting company growth goals. Execution of strategy will support development of MQL and SQL discovery to drive opportunity and pipeline.
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree is required;
- MBA is preferred
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
- Prior experience in a B2C digital marketing role focused on setting demand gen strategy, digital advertising, website, SEO, social media, content creation, and automation.
- Demonstrated experience developing, leading, and implementing strategic, performance-based marketing plans and strategies. Must have experience driving pipeline for sales teams.
- A strong understanding of demand generation and customer lifecycle marketing, with hands-on knowledge of owned, earned, and paid marketing channels and experience optimizing end-to-end user journeys through a test-and-learn approach.
- Experience working with website and marketing automation platforms to deliver and measure marketing results across diverse customer segments and audiences.
- Expert ability to analyze data, foster an always-be-testing environment, and leverage insights to increase performance
