We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment while honing your leadership skills. You will be working closely with our experienced team of managers, learning the ropes of running a successful operation, and preparing to take on a leadership role in our company. This position requires excellent communication skills, a personable demeanor, a passion for sales and marketing, and a high level of organization.

Responsibilities:

Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Work closely with the management team to achieve company objectives and KPIs.
Assist in managing daily operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Participate in regular training sessions and meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
Assist in the preparation and control of budgets.
Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
A passion for sales and marketing, with a drive to achieve targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
