We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Manager, Payroll to lead our US payroll operations. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day payroll activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness. You will lead a team of payroll specialists while collaborating across departments to optimize payroll processes.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and oversee the complete payroll process for all US employees, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
+ Lead and mentor a team of payroll specialists, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and best practices.
+ Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to address payroll-related needs and resolve issues.
+ Continuously improve payroll systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
+ Address complex payroll inquiries with effective solutions and recommendations.
+ Prepare and share regular payroll reports with leadership and relevant stakeholders.
+ Oversee administration of ancillary benefit reimbursements, ensuring compliance with policies.
+ Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 5 years of payroll management experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
+ In-depth knowledge of US payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
+ Proficiency with payroll systems such as Workday or ADP.
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
