Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Manager, Marketing Operations and Insights to lead our Marketing Operations Team. This role focuses on leveraging data analytics to optimize marketing strategies, enhance lead processing, and improve operational efficiency using Eloqua. You will manage a remote team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Marketing Strategy Development
- Create marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present insights on campaign performance.
- Operational Execution
- Ensure strategic execution of marketing operations while being involved in both high-level decisions and detailed analytics.
- Channel Lead Analysis
- Evaluate the effectiveness of channel leads, identify bottlenecks in follow-up processes, and determine if issues arise from lead generation or operational inefficiencies.
- Unanswered Leads Strategy
- Analyze unanswered leads to develop targeted retargeting campaigns and process improvements for re-engagement.
- Strategic Account Engagement
- Assess the volume of leads from large strategic accounts and recommend operational adjustments to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Eloqua Optimization
- Oversee Eloqua management for seamless lead processing and integration with CRM systems.
- Web Form Improvement
- Collaborate with web teams to ensure accurate lead capture through optimized web forms.
- Lead Scoring & Nurturing
- Refine lead scoring models and nurturing workflows to align with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on goals and present insights to senior leadership.
- Channel Lead Effectiveness Study
- Analyze channel leads' journey through the sales funnel to identify measurement gaps and present actionable insights.
- Unanswered Leads Strategy Development
- Develop strategies for identifying and re-engaging unanswered leads based on data analysis.
- Strategic Account Engagement Analysis
- Investigate the impact of marketing on large strategic accounts and propose metrics for improvement.
- Operational Process Optimization
- Evaluate operational tools for lead management efficiency and recommend enhancements.
- Strong analytical skills for developing metrics and models and interpreting metrics to audience via story telling.
- Basic proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Eloqua's reporting tools is essential.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Some knowledge of database configuration, automation workflows, and campaign performance analysis within Eloqua.
- Ability to adopt and learn as needed.

Compensation DataThe pay range for this opportunity is from $119,900 to $203,700 + bonus + benefit
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
