Minimum Salary: $80,000.00
Maximum Salary: $125,000.00

Summary
This position is a key HR leader within Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages (LCCB), reporting directly to Senior Human Resources Manager, supporting all facilities in New York. The HRM will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in these designated facilities. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRM maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business' financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
Responsibilities
- Understand the business environment, strategy, and people implications in the interest of building effective and productive working relationships with internal customers to deliver HR solutions to meet managers' and employees' needs.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Manages and resolves complex employee & labor relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (i.e., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to build employee engagement and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provides administrative support to the human resources function.
- Plan, lead and support organization design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles and/or processes that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 –5+ years HR experience managing multiple client groups and prioritizing associated projects in a fast-paced and high-volume, complex environment.
- 3 – 5+ years experience in employee and labor relations.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively, both verbally and written, across all levels of the organization.
- Strong influencing and partnering skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification highly desired.
- Previous consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
- Knowledge of and experience with HRIS systems, LMS, and SAP.
