Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, math, statistics, other quantitative area or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in program management.
+ 5 years of experience in leadership role with or without direct reports.
+ 5 years of experience in technical areas such as SQL, Business intelligence (e.g., Tableau, etc.) and integrations (APIs).
Preferred qualifications:
+ 8 years of experience in managing cross-functional or team projects.
+ 5 years of experience in supervisory experience.
+ Experience in managing and delivering various digital assets from data warehousing through to business insights.
+ Experience in scaling the delivery of digital assets either by managing a team or being a team lead.
+ Knowledge in data pipelines, data warehousing, and dashboarding.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.
As a Manager for Data Management and Business Insights, you will be responsible for helping us develop and deploy automated solutions to optimize Google's sustainable data center portfolio. Our work involves scaling Energy and Location Strategy (ELS) data, tooling, and analytics to streamline workflows, curate information, and generate insights across all Energy and Location Strategy (ELS) activities. We prioritize transparent communication and close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Strategy oversight of the data management and business insights roadmap within data and analytics team.
+ Own technical direction for the team and build digital assets within team's portfolio.
+ Manage stakeholders and collaborate with business units to identify valuable use cases and ensure solutions meet the needs of teams across the organization.
+ Possessess advanced data engineering and dashboarding skills to expedite the delivery of valuable insights.
+ Develop team members through coaching and mentorship.
