About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Business Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our internal operations and supporting the achievement of our strategic goals. You will act as a chief of staff to the SVP of Cloud Engineering and Operations. You will wear many hats, leveraging your business acumen and technical understand to identify areas for improvement, implement efficient processes and ensure seamless collaboration across the Cloud organization.
You'll Get To::The Cloud Business Operations Manager will be a key part of the leadership team focused on process, metrics/KPI’s, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the SVP of Cloud Engineering and Operations on strategy and help run day to day business activities of the cloud organization
- Analyze and improve business and technical processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, and produce presentations for use in executive meetings and organizational needs
- Manage process and organization transformation & cultural change management programs, ensure proper communications of changes and regular communication on activities around the cloud organization and customers
- Work with cloud leadership to provide oversight on key projects and cross functional initiatives
- Support with vendor management, procurement and receiving activities and ROI analysis of key investments and forecasting
- Work with our Infosec team to track cloud security metrics and incidents and partner on security policies and procedures
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to OKR’s and Projects
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Cloud, Engineering, Product and PMO organizations)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of industry experience
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and implementing process improvements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis
Familiarity with common tech industry workflows and tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Salary Range::USD $131,000.00 - USD $174,000.00
