Senior Associate Interns will work as a supporting team member within the Advisory practice and team with practitioners and other professionals, from partners and directors to clients, on a daily basis in at least one of the following areas: Management consulting, Risk consulting or Technology consulting. **Job Requirements and Preferences:** **Basic Qualifications:** **Minimum Degree Required:** Master's Degree **Minimum Year(s) of Experience:** 3 year(s) **Preferred Qualifications:** **Preferred Fields of Study:** Business Administration/Management,Organizational Behavior Studies,Organizational Management,Industrial Psychology **Additional Educational Preferences:** Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3Preferred major GPA: 3.3Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year. **Preferred Knowledge/Skills:** The selected individual/individuals for the role must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skill, through proven success in relevant industry or functional experience showing progression and academic achievement, and utilizing the Microsoft suite of applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, in the following areas: - Diagnosing a client problem through research, analysis and inquiry, to inform recommendations on how the challenge can be addressed/overcome; - Developing strategic analyses and client deliverables; - Presenting to clients and actively participating in meetings, able to quickly understand client's business and how engagements drive value; - Building solid and collaborative relationships with team members and fostering a productive teamwork environment; - Collecting and utilizing relevant business and industry trend information and analyzing this information effectively by applying numerical and strategic analysis techniques; - Communicating complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences; and, - Multi-tasking and balancing time effectively, keeping a rapid pace without sacrificing quality.Demonstrates flexibility and desire to travel, as client assignments require. The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable employment laws.
