Summary:
This position is located in the Department of State's (DoS), Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), Security Infrastructure Directorate (SI). In this position, you will serve as a Management Analyst with the responsibility of serving as an expert advisor to management on program structure, organizational design, work methods, process improvement, interagency agreements, contracting, and reporting issues.

This is a non-status, non-permanent Personal Service Contract (PSC) position. PSC’s do not acquire a competitive or excepted service status from this position. Contract is 1 year; renewable up to 4 years.

Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all the qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement.
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience applying analytical techniques to identify and recommend solutions to improve efficiency of security programs and activities.
- Experience utilizing various automation software to generate reports, summaries, correspondence, etc.
- Experience collecting and composing security related information to present and/or brief senior level officials.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-12 position.
