We are working with an Am Law 200 firm, seeking a midlevel associate to join their Managed Care and Employee Benefit Litigation Practice. This practice is a regional and national leader in the field, litigating cutting edge issues in important cases with a recognized history of excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of complex litigation experience, preferably litigating ERISA benefits, medical provider disputes, and/or insurance coverage disputes. The successful candidate will assume substantial matter responsibility, including making court appearances, managing discovery, participating in depositions, and drafting briefs on critical motions. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience is required. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Admission to bars in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Connecticut is preferred, but not required. Attorneys must be admitted in the state of their primary office location.

New York and DC Applicants: Please note that the target base salary range for this position is $195,000 to $210,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's class year, years of experience, skills, qualifications, and office location.
