Overview
The Office Coordinator-Operations role will handle all administrative tasks for the operations team including but not limited to timecard data entry, filing, managing timecards, payroll audits, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
Daily audits of trip sheets and timecards to ensure they have been received and completed with no missing entries.Label, scan, and file trip sheets and timecards.Assist Operations team with payroll completion for all north and south Live haul, feed and ag, KOPRO, Hatchery operations.Distribution of blank trip sheets and timecards to the North locations for drivers.Assist drivers as needed with interpretation.Assists with billing on DTS and Tags from customers.Supports Department managers with day-to-day operational needs as needed.Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Skilled in Microsoft 365 software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Knowledge of time and attendance rules for CA.
· Skilled in SharePoint software
· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Bilingual - Spanish
· Ability to communicate with others, in-person, over the phone and on the computer in a clear and respectful manner.
· Analytical and critical thinking skills.
· Ability to maintain accuracy in preparing and entering information.
· Ability to learn additional systems as needed.
· Ability to work in a fast paced and always changing work environment.
· Self-motivated with ability to work unsupervised.
· H.S. Diploma or GED required.
· 2+ years of administrative experience required.
· Customer Service experience preferred.

The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.Pay Range: $33,280-$45,838.52
