Maintenance Work Order Processor - Geomet Recycling

• Performs data entry of service orders into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Assists with communicating the status of work orders by providing reports and information to management.
• Assists in tracking and filing of work orders.
• Assists with the placement of parts orders based on shop requests or inventory reorders.
• Assists with the stocking and tracking of parts.
• Performs other clerical functions as assigned.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least one year of general clerical experience.
• At least one year of MS Office experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in work order processing.
