Our community offers top-notch amenities such as a heated pool, sauna, exercise room, and much more - and we need someone like you to help us maintain it all!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Tasks: Perform general maintenance duties, including lighting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and basic mechanical repairs.
• Clean & Safe Environment: Maintain cleanliness and safety of all work areas while completing assigned tasks.
• Customer Service Excellence: Communicate with residents, management, and vendors with courtesy and professionalism, always striving to resolve conflicts and concerns efficiently.
• Documentation & Organization: Keep accurate records, including Daily Maintenance Logs and job lists, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with Lead Maintenance and Management to address needs, prioritize tasks, and deliver results on time and to the highest standard.
• House Rules Compliance: Follow all company policies and adhere to the building's House Rules, reporting any violations as necessary.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in general maintenance (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical).
• Technical Skills: Ability to use and maintain cleaning equipment, and familiarity with basic building systems.
• Punctuality & Professionalism: Always on time, well-groomed, and ready to take on the day with a positive attitude.
• Communication: Able to interact with residents, coworkers, and vendors in a respectful and clear manner.
• Safety-Conscious: Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Organized: Strong organizational skills to keep tasks and work areas in order.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial building maintenance.
• Certifications or training in areas such as plumbing, HVAC, or pool maintenance.
• A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement!
