About the Job
We are looking for a full time Lead Maintenance Technician to support our senior living community. This position works 80 hours every two weeks including some Weekends/Holidays.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, vendors and visitors.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal repair instructions and directions.
- Vocations/Technical training preferred
Duties:
- This maintenance position is responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs of systems and equipment and groundskeeping.
- Repairs and maintains physical equipment including work orders, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment,
- Groundskeeping; removing snow from sidewalks and walkways, trims around bushes, trees, and sidewalks
- Assists with moving boxes, furniture, and room turnover
- Also assist with housekeeping as required.
