Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

Shift Differential: 20% on top of base wage. Work 36, Paid for 40!

The core schedule for this role is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM. This is a shift startup. Onboarding and training for the position will be Monday-Thursday until the shift launches. 

We currently have a position available in Heavy Assembly - must be a basic welder who will want to obtain D.1.1. certification! And a position in Paint Prep - this is a great gateway into learning our paint process and learn how to top-coat someday!

The duties of this position include: 

• Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications
• Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company
• Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook
• Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge
• Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed

• A minimum years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• A solid understanding of production and organizational methods
• Previous experience with blueprints, hand tools, tape measures, and drills
• Fine-tuned communication skills
• Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process
• High School Diploma or GED desired

Hourly Wage

Physical Requirements:

The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.
