Schedule:1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Surveying buildings and repair mechanical systems
- Performing maintenance of electrical systems
- Inspecting buildings
- Maintaining inventory
- Scheduling repairs
- Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing malfunctions
- Adjusting parts and components
- Doing preventative maintenance
- Performing tests on systems and components inspecting equipment and machinery to resolve maintenance issues or potential hazards testing and calibrating equipment to ensure optimal performance repairing or replacing defective or deteriorating machinery components following safety protocols, regulations, and guidelines to create a safe work environment
Requirements

Skills/Qualifications: Familiar with using refrigerant gauges, electrical and multi meters. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade. Good verbal and written communication skills and a professional approach to working. Valid driver’s license. Upbeat personality and able to interact with customers, suppliers, and fellow workers. Experience: This position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the service and repair of either commercial or transport refrigeration equipment.
