Maintenance Technician at Manpower

Our client in the housing industry is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician III, you will be part of the Facilities team supporting the Associate Director of Facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician III

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Pay Range: $28.56

What's the Job?

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of assigned properties
• Ensure the upkeep and safety of the property
• Work alongside the team in indoor and outdoor environments
• Flexibility to adapt to unplanned events while remaining resourceful and efficient
• Coordinate with the Associate Director of Facilities to ensure the maintenance teams deliver Safe, Appropriate and Sanitary Housing to all our residents

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years as a Maintenance Tech or similar required
• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or construction required
• Working knowledge of Yardi or similar program preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
