Maintenance Technician - Apidel Technologies

Qualifications:

Required:
High school or GED with technical focus
Facilities General Maintenance PM & Repair experience.
Fluency in English; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Follow and support Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and initiatives.
Ability to use personal computer and Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word

Highly Preferred:
5%2B years experience as a maintenance technician in an extensive and diverse facility
5%2B years experience maintaining infrastructure systems, machinery, or equipment to include maintenance scheduling,
vendor interactions, procurement, hands-on ability
5%2B years of experience with building, code and regulatory compliance
Fork truck license preferred.
OSHA 10 preferred

Responsibilities:
Perform General Facilities work as assigned by department manager.
Main focus of duties: Painting, light carpentry, conference room set-ups, equipment and material moves within building or to off-site storage.

Additional duties may include:
Support Sr Maintenance Technician with routine and nonroutine maintenance and repair of grounds, HVAC systems, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems
Back-up for Shipping and Receiving department.
Other as assigned.

Comments/Special Instructions
This is a temp to direct hire intended role. We will look to convert the contingent worker full time once they have met/exceeded a minimum of 461 %2B hours worked as a contingent worker. The end date accommodates meeting that threshold.
