- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical circuits, pneumatics, and hydraulics systems
- Install and align new equipment, including motors, blowers, and transmissions
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs to optimize equipment performance
- Rebuild mechanical gearboxes, vacuum pumps, and water pumps
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment breakdowns to prevent future issues
- Collaborate with production teams to implement preventive maintenance practices
- Utilize SAP software to track and report maintenance activities
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of vocational/technical training with appropriate certification, or 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS software (e.g., DataStream 7i, MP2, Maximo, SAP)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics
- Knowledge of 5W or FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
- Experience with IR technology, lubrication level I, oil analysis principles, and laser alignment
- Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
