Marion Company in need of a Maintenance Technician:

The Maintenance position needs to be a person with well-rounded maintenance skills including the following:

Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics systems.
Basic Multi-meter skills.
Read Mechanical blue prints MUST HAVE
Caliper Reading MUST HAVE
Tape Measure MUST HAVE
Knowledge of performing preventative and predictive maintenance.
PLC knowledge a plus.
Trouble shooting and problem solving skills a must.
Knowledge and use of hand tools.
Basic welding skills ( Mig welding/ Tig welding) a plus.
Ability to fabricate.
Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.
Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment.
Great attendance is required.
Good communication skills are required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
