High School Diploma, or equivalent, with vocational school training, three years maintenance experience, or a combination thereof. Ability to use initiative, work independently and take appropriate action on unassigned tasks. Basic computer skills and data entry. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, deal tactfully with the public, and retain proprietary information as confidential. Ability to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions. Demonstrate sound judgment. Ability to comply with Authority attendance policies. A valid Oklahoma Driver License with an acceptable driving record.

Will be required to perform on-call, emergency maintenance, as scheduled by Central Office, which can include working after-hours, during weekends and holidays.

 

 

PHYSICAL:  Able to lift, raising or lowering, 50 pounds.  Ability to prepare and read work orders, computer generated products, and forms.  Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in person, by radio and telephone. Ability to enter and access all areas of all buildings and dwelling units for which responsible.
