About the Job
Role
As an Equipment Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Technician), you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You'll maintain industrial control systems, work independently and with a team, and ensure safe machine operation and facility uptime. You may also fill in for a production operator as needed.

- High School Diploma with trade school credits. An Associate’s Degree in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation, or a similar field is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, with experience managing people/projects. Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries is a plus.
- Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and working in a manufacturing environment. Skilled in the use of shop equipment and precision measuring equipment. Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
