Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and provide exceptional maintenance support for our apartment community, Woodcreek (70 units), located in Fairview, OR. This position involves performing technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspect of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements
Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 1+ years prior experience as a Maintenance Technician at a multi-family apartment community of 100+ units
- Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements
- Completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for new move-ins by scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work
- Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.
- Experience and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
- Employees must supply their own hand tools and possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.
- Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a faced paced team-oriented environment
- Must be able to respond to after hour emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation
- CPO Certification is preferred
- Must have valid driver's license
