Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to residents and team members.
- Perform resident-requested repairs and services independently (e.g., HVAC troubleshooting, complex plumbing installations/repairs, electrical component troubleshooting/replacement, household appliance installations/repairs/replacements).
- 1-3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities or building environment
- Proficient in all trades OR expert in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Desire to grow professionally.
As an AIR Service Technician, you'll need:
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, 7-day weeks (as needed), and on-call shifts (at least one week per month) based on community needs and seasonality
- Physical capability to move heavy equipment and machinery
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

- Expected pay rate of $19- $25 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
