Your day to day as a Maintenance Technician- 1st Shift
As a new Full-Time Maintenance Technician on the 1st Shift, you will be stepping into an engaging and supportive role where each day brings unique challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Expect to engage with a variety of machinery, using your problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair any mechanical failures. Your schedule will be Sunday through Friday, providing you with a structured work week. Each day, you'll collaborate with team members to uphold a high-performance culture and maintain our commitment to customer-centricity.

To thrive as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician on the 1st Shift at Royal Fresh Cuts, you'll need a robust skill set and a proactive mindset. The role demands a willingness to work overtime and participate in training as needed. You should possess comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot and repair production machines efficiently.
Experience with PLC controls, VFD, and both AC and DC motor controls is crucial, as is your capacity to read schematics and diagrams. You'll be expected to identify and innovate solutions to electrical and pneumatic issues, ensuring swift emergency repairs. A solid background in designing and refurbishing control panels will also set you apart.
With 5-7 years of experience in industrial high-speed processing in the food processing industry, your ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment will ensure your success in this role.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

- • Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.

- advance circuits
- and grounding
- • Read schematics
- drawings
- diagrams
- and manuals.
- • Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic issues (logic and control circuits) and perform emergency repairs; identify and repair problematic issues concerning all equipment and machinery
- including finding innovative solutions to occurring problems.
