Position SummaryAs a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor you will manage, lead, and coordinate activities of your team to maximize performance, minimize costs, maintain quality, and endorse safety and operating standards. You will also be responsible for coaching, training, and developing your team members and while maintaining daily maintenance projects, preventative maintenance, and repair work. You will also be leading your team to achieve continuous improvement initiatives. The Facilities maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for facilities, utilities equipment, and building maintenance activities.
- Supervision of assigned maintenance technicians and responsible for facilities/utilities equipment and building maintenance activities.
- Reviews department's workload, schedules, status of on-going work, projects, and available personnel for work assignment in order to plan unit activities.
- Coordinates outside contractor service work and manages required documentation.
- Manages purchase order flow for outside contractors and supplies, processes invoices, and reconciles variations with the accounting team.
- Assists in departmental audits/inspections and ensures all required regulatory and compliance documentation is properly maintained.
- Reduce equipment downtime while promoting equipment reliability, Preventative Maintenance execution, and compliance.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- 3 years of experience working in industrial maintenance environment
The approximate pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $101,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
