Aegis Worldwide is partnered with client in the food manufacturing industry looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor!

Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for effectively performing all the required duties of the position in an accurate, thorough, and safe manner while adhering to all GMPs and taking an active role in directing and leading the Maintenance team. The departments at multiple locations are staffing up! At the moment they have the Leads running the shift and they really need to identify a solid supervisor on each of these shifts/locations to take over. There are quite a few positions open some due to replacements and a few added on to better streamline their process.

Qualifications

· HS diploma or GED

· Bachelor’s degree- preferred

· 4+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical trades

· Food manufacturing experience- at least at some point would be ideal!

· Able to direct and lead a maintenance team and interact with other department supervisors

· GMP experience

· OSHA and HAACP experience

· Maintain records and keep reports for equipment, supplies, and materials.

· Microsoft Office experience

· Able to perform physical aspects of the job- standing for hours+ a day, bending, reaching, squatting, standing, lifting, etc.)

· Able to work in 40 degrees temperatures as needed

· Available for OT/on call as needed
