 Summary of what you would be doing in this Role

• Planning, coordinating and directing the day-to-day activities of maintenance staff 
• Supervising up to 30 maintenance employees on given shift.
• Managing the maintenance programs for production machinery
• Working with the project engineer on in-house projects to help with productivity and reduce down-time.

 
What will Qualify you for this Exciting Opportunity

• 5 plus year of prior relevant maintenance experience
• Some technical training from an accredited institution would be a plus
• Electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, pneumatic, boiler, and other systems experience
• Prior Supervisory experience in manufacturing
