Summary:

Strive360 is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our properties in Fairburn, GA. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the function, condition, and appearance of all properties. This role involves managing and performing complex maintenance tasks that require advanced skills and expertise in construction and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling intricate maintenance issues, supervising a team, and ensuring that all properties are safe, functional, and visually appealing for residents.

What you will be doing:

• Performs advanced maintenance procedures and repairs.
• Provides guidance and instruction to less experienced maintenance staff.
• Specializes in the maintenance and repair of specific systems.
• Troubleshoots electrical and HVAC systems.
• Ensures that all work complies with safety regulations and standards.
• Addresses maintenance work orders promptly and appropriately.
• Maintains accurate and detailed records of maintenance work and its completion.
• Identifies the proper equipment or machinery needed to complete a repair.
• Conducts routine property inspections and addresses maintenance concerns.
• Monitors and orders supplies and materials for maintenance tasks as needed.
• Collaborates with the property management team and delivers maintenance reports on each property.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical training in a maintenance- related experience.
• Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
• HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks by required deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to learn and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to interpret and follow technical manuals and blueprints.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at a time.
• Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and use hands and fingers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
